Ahead of proposed development of a retail store for J. Sainsbury plc evaluation fieldwork was undertaken at Arbury Camp. Trench investigations, an auger survey and environmental sampling were used to establish the precise location of the ditch and bank, and to sample the organic deposits in the eastern part of the ringwork.
