Abstract:
RPS Clouston were commissioned to carry out an archaeological evaluation on the site of the proposed Medium Secure Unit at Littlemore Hospital. The proposal site was situated at the northern extreme of the Ashurst Clinic site on the west side of Sandford Road. Other than residual Roman and medieval finds, nothing of archaeological interest was discovered. [AIP]
