Abstract:
Evaluation involving geophysical survey and excavation was undertaken where previous assessment had identified significant archaeology. At both Water Fryston, Micklefield and the 'Boot and Shoe' area, no archaeology was revealed. Magnetometry confirmed the complex of features outside the henge at Ferrybridge, with four enclosures identified in a small area.[AIP]
