All known resources are outside of the immediate site boundary and sufficiently distant not to be affected by any relandscaping of the development area. The centre of the site would have been most favourable to prehistoric settlement and activities. It is proposed that a limited archaeological investigation be implemented in the form of a watching brief. [Au(abr)]
